Stop the Mad Water Grab!

Opposition is growing to a controversial proposal to bag water from the Mad River in Humboldt County and tow it south for sale.

Local citizens and elected officials in Mendocino and Sonoma Counties stopped a similar proposal in 2002 to bag water from the Albion and Gualala Rivers. Now the same entrepreneur has set his sights on the Mad River.
